Michelangelo’s life is a roadmap for extraordinary leadership:   the vision, the passion of purpose, the uncompromising commitment to integrity, the navigating of politics with the popes, the relentless drive for perfection and the ceaseless energy in creating the visions he saw or heard within himself, in marble and on ceilings!

IQ Isn’t Enough To Be A Great Leader. What Is Your EQ?

What is EQ you ask? 

It is Emotional Intelligence. Simply stated: Being intelligent about emotions, yours and others. 80-90% of leadership effectiveness is based on EQ not IQ. There are 4 components:

  • Self Awareness
  • Social Awarenes
  • Self Management
  • Relationship Management.

It all starts with Self Awareness, without that, you can’t develop fully in the other areas.
